News
Release: Plumbing Services Expanded.
Mark Meacham & Jeff Sheldon Earn Journeyman Plumber’s
License.
We are pleased to announce that Mark Meacham and Jeff Sheldon have
successfully completed their Journeyman Plumber licensing requirements.
“We’re excited about this new,” said Mark Meacham,
President. “This greatly enhances our ability to provide better
service to our customers. Working under the direction of our in-house
master plumber, we can now develop our plumbing service department.”
The addition
of two journeyman plumbers means that installation and repair jobs
will be handled more efficiently, reducing the dependence of outside
resources. Projects will be completed with the same high quality
standards, but the company will have more control over scheduling
the plumbing work.
Community
Involvement
Mark E. Meacham
is a strong supporter of the local and world community. Since founding
the company in 1986 we have always tried to give something back
to communities in which our customers live.
Seeds
of Peace International Camp for Conflict Resolution
We recently sent a team of Mark E. Meacham employees to volunteer
their time in the woods of Maine at the Seeds of Peace Camp.
Set in the
neutral, supportive environment of our camp in Maine, Seeds of Peace
creates a community in which Arab and Israeli youngsters live together
in cabins, share meals, and participate in numerous summer camp
activities. Often meeting teens 'from the other side' for the first
time, these youngsters canoe, swim and play sports together; they
find creative expression through music, drama and fine arts and
enter the threshold of the information age in state-of-the-art computer
classes. |
